- Proof of Address (Must be addressed to the applicant)
- 2 Passport size photo
- 3 Recent pay slip
- Must be employed to the Government or private sector employees.
Occasionally we may require additional documents or be verified by a Justice of the peace, pastor, police(Rank of an Inspector & above) principal etc.
